As the hormones continues to fluctuate, one will experience skin rashes, dryness, and intense itching at week 29. Experiencing mood swings, feeling fatigue are due to the amount of weight gaining. Varicose veins may begin to form on the legs, and this too is normal.  


The baby’s bones are seen soaking up lots of calcium as they harden in this week. The respiratory sacs at the tips of the baby’s lung branches have begun making a substance called surfactant, which keeps them inflated when there’s not a lot of air in the lungs. The baby is about the size of a butternut squash, length is 15 inches and weighs 2 ½ pounds.

Gas and bloating, Haemorrhoids, Light headedness are the symptoms seen in this phase.
